ABOUT THE CATERER

A family-owned business, Beacon Hill Catering and Events has provided Spokane’s best handcrafted, gourmet catering for over 20 years. Executive Chef Ellie Aaro, who trained at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, has designed an inclusive and distinct menu for Civic’s celebration.
